C\u2019est tout en gourmandises que le chef Glenn Viel s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 r\u00e9galer la Provence le 20 octobre prochain, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du Grand Repas. \u00c0 la direction des fourneaux du fameux 3 \u00e9toiles l\u2019Oustau de Baumani\u00e8re, le parrain local de cette 3e \u00e9dition compte bien essaimer ses engagements pour une alimentation durable sur le territoire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-article\">L\u2019an dernier, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u2019envergure nationale rassemblait quelque 280 000 convives \u00e0 travers 20 d\u00e9partements.
